Naples, FL – November 27, 2017 – Clive Daniel Home, the upscale Naples home furnishings retailer, has added 23 honors to its portfolio of design and marketing awards with Pinnacle Awards presented by the Lee Building Industry Association. The design powerhouse was also selected Interior Design Firm of the Year and won the prestigious Best Showroom award. The company continues to receive awards for design excellence, amassing 247 awards since opening in 2011.

During the annual awards gala on November 17 at the Hyatt at Coconut Point, the company also garnered eight awards for residential design, four remodel awards, two Summit awards for commercial projects and seven for sales and marketing.

The Clive Daniel Home Hospitality team was honored with two Summit awards for Best Specialty Contracting – Interior Renovations under $1,900,000 for their renovation of the Quail West Club Bar and in the same price range for the restaurant 1500 South by Chef Art Smith. In the Best Clubhouse Interior category, the Hospitality Team was named the winner for its Colony Golf and Country Club interior design.

In the Residential Design categories:

Interior designers Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen won for the Best Interior Merchandising Single Family in the $400,000-$499,000 category for the Bartow model built by Stock Development in Babcock Ranch.

The design duo also won for the Best Interior Merchandising Single Family in the $1.5m to $1.9m category for the Villa Adrianna II model in Talis Park and the Villa Adrianna III private residence in the same price range in Talis Park, both built by Harbourside Custom Homes.

Wilfredo Emanuel, IDS, walked away with honors In the Best Interior Design Single Family category $500,000 to $649,000 for his Monaco model in Punta Gorda built by Green Coast Homes. He was also a winner for Best Interior Design Multi-Family $1.5-$1.9m for his Azure II model for The Lutgert Companies for the Residences at Mercato.

Catherine Baker and Richard Atkin were selected for the top prize in the Best Whole House Remodel category for a private penthouse at Azure in the $250,000-$500,000 range.

Interior Designer John Tweet won the top prize in the Best Interior Merchandising Multi-Family category in the $2,700,000 to $3,4000 price range for his Makaya model for Belz Properties. He and designer Sherrie Weidner also won an award for Best Interior Design Multi-family for their Altaira private residence in the $800,000-$900,000 category.

Frank Randazzo was named the top winner in the Best Kitchen Remodel in the $40,000 to $80,000 category.

Tami Esbjerg took home the award for Best Kitchen Remodel over $80,000 and Best Whole Home Remodel for over $500,000 for a Napes Cay private residence.

Best Whole House Remodel in the $250,000 to $500,000 price range was awarded to John Tweet and Sherrie Weidner for their private Naples residence.

The advertising department of Clive Daniel Home was also honored. They received the top award for the Best Newspaper Ad, Best Electronic Presentation, Best YouTube-type video, Best TV Commercial, Best Social Media Program, Best Special Event/Benefitting Charity and Best Overall Marketing Campaign.

In October, Clive Daniel Home walked away with 13 Sand Dollar awards in the Collier Building Industry Association’s annual competition. The 85,000 square-foot flagship Clive Daniel Home showroom is located on U.S. 41 in Naples. A second Clive Daniel Home is located in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Pinnacle Awards were created by the Sales & Marketing Council of the BIA in 1990 and provide an opportunity to recognize and celebrate excellence in the residential building industry.
