Home sellers will benefit from Compass’s market expertise and financial strength, with Compass Agents providing assessments of what improvements would be most beneficial to the sale.  Following a consultation with a Compass agent and the seller’s approval of their plan, sellers will select which investments they’d like to make in their home.

Compass Concierge will then engage professionals on their behalf to provide the approved cosmetic improvements. The company will cover upfront costs associated with the improvements at no markup and will be compensated at the time of the home’s closing.

Home preparation services can include deep cleaning, painting, carpentry, decluttering, and landscaping as well as staging of the home with quality furnishings to add greater purchase appeal to the potential buyer.
